These terms govern your use of elxrtechnologies.com (the "Site") operated by ELXR Tech Solutions, LLC ("ELXR," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, submit false or malicious content through our forms, or use automated tools to send spam.
Information and estimates
Content on the Site, including the plan builder and its prices, is provided for general information and planning. Estimates shown are not a binding quote or offer. Actual pricing and scope are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement after we discuss your needs.
Services
IT services are provided under a separate written quote, proposal, or service agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls for the services it covers. Submitting the contact form or asking for a call or meeting time does not create a service relationship or obligation for either party, and a requested time is not confirmed until we reply.
Compliance and regulated information
ELXR provides IT support and compliance support services, such as helping organizations put in place safeguards relevant to HIPAA, professional confidentiality duties, and the FTC Safeguards Rule. ELXR is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Using our services does not by itself make an organization compliant with any law or regulation, and ELXR does not guarantee compliance; each organization remains responsible for its own compliance program. There is no official HIPAA or ABA certification for IT providers, and ELXR does not claim one. Where we access protected health information, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement before work begins. Do not send protected health information or privileged information through this Site.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, logo, and code, is owned by ELXR or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services (for example, form handling, hosting, and fonts) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELXR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
