This policy explains what information ELXR Tech Solutions, LLC ("ELXR," "we," "us") collects through elxrtechnologies.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Greentree, Pennsylvania, and provide IT support services to small businesses.
Information we collect
- Contact and booking forms. When you request a quote or send a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you enter. When you request a call or meeting time, we also receive the day and time you pick and any notes you add, and a phone number if you ask for a call. If you use the plan builder and click "Request this plan," your selections are placed into the message field for you to review before sending.
- Direct contact. If you email or call us, we keep the information you provide so we can respond and provide services.
- Analytics (only if you accept). If you accept analytics on our cookie banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see aggregate information such as pages visited, referring site, country, browser, and device type. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security and delivery of the Site.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We store your cookie choice (accept or decline) and a short timestamp used to limit repeat form submissions in your browser's local storage on your device. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Site and respond to you: Formspree (form submission handling and delivery to our email), Vercel (hosting and, if accepted, analytics), Google Workspace (email), Google Fonts (font delivery), Photon by Komoot (address suggestions in the service area map), and OpenStreetMap (map images in the service area map). If you use the address box on the service area map, the text you type is sent to Photon to find matching addresses; we do not store it. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sensitive and confidential information
Please do not send patient or health information, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or attorney-client privileged details through the contact form, the plan builder, or regular email. If you need to share sensitive information with us, call us first and we will arrange a secure method. When we provide services to a client, information we handle for that client is governed by the applicable service agreement and, for healthcare clients, a Business Associate Agreement, in addition to this policy.
Data retention
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and delete them on request unless we are required to keep them.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. To protect the Site and our clients, we may block abusive IP addresses, and we may log the IP address, time, and requested page of blocked requests.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@elxrtechnologies.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites such as X (Twitter). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
